CANCELATION POLICY A Deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations on all reservations require a 60 day notice to receive reimbursement of deposit, less a processing fee of $10 per room up to a maximum of $50. If canceling a reservation within the 60 days notice, we will retain the full deposit. If canceling within 14 days of reservation, we will retain the deposit plus charge your account the remaining balance unless we are able to re-sell the room. NO SHOWS will be charged the remaining balance. Galice Resort is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. A 90 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings (River View House, Little River House & The Galice Lodge) and for some holidays and special events. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Absolutely No Smoking inside however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Children are welcome! Secure storage facilities are available for those personal belongings that you will not need to take with you on the river. This is a complementary service for our guests. PET POLICY NO Pets Inside the Lodging. If Pet is on the Grounds: Must be Attended to, Leashed at all times, Never tied to anything. Kept quiet and under control. No pens, cages, or kennels permitted outside without prior approval. Clean up after pets by using the disposal bags.
